1965   Established in this year by Lt. Sri.Rumanand Kejriwal as Manufacturers for Jute Mill Spares.

1966 -1986   Expanding from Jute Mill spares to manufacturing of complete Machines.Gaining strength with the passage of time, the business had grown to make it a big house with 4 folds, having several group companies with many factories, godowns, with its supply expanding to several parts of India & establishing its hold as an exporter of jute mill machineries to outside India too.

1986-2005   During ths span of time, apart from manufacturing of jute mills machines/spares, the group companies entered in manufacturing and fabrication of engineering components for STEEL & POWER Industries, Railways, Aluminium Smelter Plants gaining a major hold over several big MNC's in India ,  along with exporting heavy structural sheds and agricultural machineries outside India too.

2006   Keeping in view, the national infrastructural growth and the volume of business prospects, running by the group comanies, new company was formed under the proprietorship of MR. MANISH KEJRIWAL.

2008   Within a small time, the new company formed too, made a major hold in big MNC's establishing its brand name ,moving from proprietorship the company moved to became a partnership firm ,with a new member MR.N.K.SOMANI adding to it ,to render best of its services to our customers, keeping its traditional values with a 
“MOTTO TO SERVE OUR CUSTOMERS AT OUR BEST”
